When I click on the [Editor] link next to my html box all of the data disappears. It was working then just stopped. I was looking at different themes when this happened. If I refresh the page it returns, but does the same thing again. Seems to disappear on every Editor I could test it on.

The HTML Editor is all JavaScript that loads into your browser and executes there. Try clearing your browser cache, restarting your browser, using a different browser, disabling plugins in your browser (may have recently updated), disable your anti-virus website blocking, etc.
