We've recently (last 6 months) started using the Customer Registration feature in SS. My question: If a customer that has registered places an order but forgets to login before doing so, is there a way to add that order to their account so they can view status?
If not, is anyone willing to work with me to create a method? I am willing to commission some custom work if the solution is not overly complicated.

No, there is no way to add an order to a Customer Registration account after the order has been placed while not logged into that account.
