Limit the number of reviews a customer can leave

Several days after a customer makes a purchase we request that they leave us a review. To entice them to leave the review we offer them a $5 off coupon on their next order. The problem is some of our customers know they will get the email and use it on every order, some even place multiple small orders to get the coupon. I'm not as concerned about that as I am having multiple reviews in a row from the same person. It makes the reviews look fake.

It would be nice if review request were only sent once to a customer. Even better would be for the customer to receive review request for each order they place until they leave a review, then have the system pause their review request emails.
