UPS Account Based Rates - password required??

UPS Account Based Rates - password required??
I went to activate my UPS account based rates and after entering the required information, all found where it said it should be, an error code appeared saying " Missing or invalid Password (Error code: 9570011) " What password am I missing? There is no box to enter password.

You should be able to update your UPS account information through ShopSite Commerce> Shipping> UPS> Configure> scroll to the bottom and through either the Subscriber info or Register buttons you should be able to update your UPS account info. You will need to verify your UPS account information with UPS, then make sure it is reflected in your ShopSite settings.
