In the past I place the circled text in my shopping cart just below the shipping info. I need to edit it but I can't seem to locate where it is located in the shopsite back office. Can someone point me in the correct direct. I have looked at everything in "Order System"
Though it may seem silly, I am having the same issue you were having. I cannot find how to edit the footer anywhere. There is no sign of Ordering Instructions within Shopping Cart; footer still says what the original designer entered ten years ago...
Also, I cannot find how to change the banner image on the Shopping Cart page, so maybe I am just bad at navigating this platform.
If you have a custom shopping cart template, perhaps your designer hard-coded these things in the template. Check Merchandising > Custom Templates > Shopping Cart.
