Hello, Is there a way to adjust a received order? For example the customer put in the wrong delivery address when placing the order and it needs to be corrected. Thanks
The Order information isn't editable once the order has been placed. The only thing that can be changed about an order after the fact in ShopSite itself is the email address. If you have a version/product level that has the Manage Order feature, you can use the Resend Receipt function there to update the email and send a new receipt or add notes to an existing order.
