Where is sc_thankyouemail.css?

Hello, I am working on customizing my Thank You email, and I am looking for sc_thankyouemail.css. It does not appear to be in with the other "publish" includes. Any thoughts on where I can find this to make a copy to tweak?

It not a Publish file, it's an Include file, so check under Copy ShopSite Include File instead of Copy ShopSite Publish File.
