XML Product Data Upload -Qty Prc Problem

Can anyone here on the forum help solve a problem with Main Database Product Uploads affecting Quantity Pricing?

I'm experiencing some problems with our XML product data uploads to ShopSite. If our data file includes a product not on the website and that product has quantity pricing, the quantity price gets assigned to the next product in the file. This has really messed up some of the prices on our website!

ShopSite Upload Settings-
Match Upload Fields: Not used for XML uploads
Unique Product Identifier: SKU
New Products: Ignore products that do not already exist

When ShopSite upload encounters a Product in the XML data that is non-existent on the website, here’s what happens to the next Product in the XML:
• the Search Results View displays the price correctly, from <Price>
• the More Details page no longer displays the price at all (even though the Price Toggle in the record’s data is still checked to Display Price), <DisplayPrice>
• the Cart shows the incorrect Quantity Pricing from the previous non-existent SKU in the XML upload file. <UnitPrice>

Has anyone here had success with XML product uploads involving Quantity Pricing? If anyone could shed some light on why our products are taking on the Quantity Pricing of the previous product, I’d certainly appreciate it! Thank you!
