Looking for help.
My shopsite generated product reviews email is not going out(I Think). I have had the products review email set up for about 2 months now and I am offering customers a really good coupon for an honest reviews, we are wholesale so most of our customers are repeat customers. Also I place a lot of phone emails for customers that don't want to give email addresses so I just use my own personal address that is not related to our store so I could test this feature.

I have never received the email asking for a review, we have received no reviews so I assume no one else is getting it either.

Who can write a review - yes
Min length 100
max 1000
enable schema.org - yes
enable email reminders - yes
11 days from order
email subject - yes
email content - yes
include images - yes
enable CAPTCHA for buyers and shoppers - yes
CPTCHA type - google (with site keys)
Approve reviews - manually approve all
Bad words list - yes

There should be a test email on the config screen. Try sending to different email addresses at different domains (e.g. gmail.com, yahoo.com, etc.)

I've sent test emails to both google and yahoo accounts and they go through. Still never received the actual email that is send when and order is placed.
