FYI - warning - I just signed up for taxjar and it appears support is email only?! Can't find any online documentation. Shopsite help only shows SS side set up which only matters are set up is complete in taxjar. I've called taxjar and let my number. No call back. Call the "support" number and told to email. Might be great when set up but first impression is what a terribly run company! Anyone here have any advice/info how to set up I'd appreciate it. Figure I'd probably get answers here faster than from taxjar. Might just have to switch to AVA and pay more if I can actually talk to a support person.

Using TaxJar, determine the tax codes you wish to assign to the products in your online store. Once configured in TaxJar select the "Update Tax Codes" button and ShopSite will retrieve the codes and display them here. These codes can then be assigned to your products using the Add Product/Edit Product interface.
I can't find where the "tax codes" are set in taxjar? "
