Shopsite Reports hang, never load

Our Sales and Product reports in shopsite hang, and hang, and hang, and never load.

Sales will load if I click and unclick the selection box, but everything else hangs and never loads. Especially products reporting.

This problem has been occuring now for a couple of months.

The behavior is the same in both explorer and chrome.

Anyone know why this would be occuring?

More info would be needed to determine what may be causing this issue.
