We've tested on several Android phones with the Chrome browser and the Navigation to "Stand" is working for us. You mentioned IE so are you using a Windows phone?

The link is not working on my Samsung S6 android, but it is a problem only with my phone,
since your response, I checked and it is working ok on my wife Samsung S6 and a couple of tablets.
