Add a BCC field for Order Receipts

Hello -

We currently send our order receipts to a third party review vendor, who in turn send out review invites via e-mail to our customers. For their new integration to function correctly, we need to BCC them on our order receipts (not CC - this will not work correctly, and we don't want to our customers to see that their receipt is being sent to another vendor). On the next update, can Shopsite add a BCC field option to the platform?

You can add them to the CC field for the merchant email notifications. The SHOPPER doesn't see those additional email addresses, since this is only for the MERCHANT notification, which is not the same email.

Sorry I misspoke - I do see that the shopper does not see that CC e-mail and is only displayed on the merchant notification. However, in order for the third party review notification to work, we need to place their integration e-mail in the BCC field, not the CC (this is causing a field mismatch when it hits their server). Is this possible to have added?

That seems like an odd requirement on their part, but if seeing their own email address in a cc field is an issue, is there a way you could just set one of the CC addresses to go to an email alias that forwards to their address, or goes to an email box with some kind of auto-responder that send it to them the way they want it?
