Hi,
I am getting a Payment Processing Error when I do a test purchase on my site. I had a few customers complain so I thought it was their fault and told them to clean out their cache. I tried it myself and get the error too.
I called Authorize net and the payment clearing house and I am all good. I called Blue host and they said they do not do any help with Shop Site Pro.
How would you go about trying to figure out where the problem is happening? I would love some suggestions please
