We need to upgrade a client's ShopSite 12 version from sp1 r4.0 to sp3 due to the Authorize.net TLS incompatibility. Our hosting provider is telling us we need to go through ShopSite for help with this upgrade. I believe we could take care of the upgrade ourselves if we had the latest ShopSite version files, but we don't have access to the support FTP as we didn't purchase directly through ShopSite. Is there a way to access these files without having to contact ShopSite via the $145 upgrade support option? Apologies if this is the wrong place to ask this, but it's a bit of a time sensitive issue and I didn't see an alternate way to contact support.
