We have recently been receiving errors when shopsite is attempting to connect to onlinetools.ups.com and no UPS shipping options are being displayed in the shopping cart. When I attempt to re-register I get the following error at the UPS License Agreement screen:
"(UPS) Unknown SSL protocol error in connection to onlinetools.ups.com: 443"
We have not made any changes or updates and UPS rates were being displayed just fine prior. Some help?

UPS started doing this intermittently in September, and permanently at the beginning of this year. Upgrade to ShopSite 12 sp2 r4 or newer (the latest is 14) to resolve this.
