Free Shipping?

We just received an order for 2 cases of wax and there was no shipping it didn't even look like shopsite asked the customer. This is the first time we have ever seen an order without the shipping box. We can't even make shopsite do this for will call. Is it a bug or something. The product was Damar Crystals 50 lbs on our website.

Are you able to duplicate the problem? If you enter the exact same product and quantity and zip code do you see shipping options? Anything unusual about the order? Which payment method did they use?
