Hi Guys,
I have recently started receiving reports from customers who are getting a PayPal error during checkout. The specific error is:
PayPal Express:
Message: Transaction refused because of an invalid argument. See additional error messages for details. (10413)
Detailed Message: The totals of the cart item amounts do not match order amounts.
After some investigation I have found that the error occurs when there is an amount in the surcharge field at checkout. I did a little research on the PayPal Express API and it looks like there is no place for Shopsite to put this value so there will always be a mismatch. Any suggestions?
I am running Shopsite 12 SP1 R4

Try turning off the 'Send Line Item Detail to PayPal Express' option in your ShopSite's PayPal Express Checkout settings.
