Customise the Product Download notification email

I have Shopsite 11
I would like to customise the Product Download email if it is possible.
Anyone can help me with that?

In ShopSite under Commerce> Digital Download> Configure> Message text when sending download keys to customer> you can customize the message that will be included with the download link in the E-mail sent to the customer when you send download keys to the customer.

If you are using a payment gateway that takes payment at the time of the purchase, you could edit the regular purchase receipt under Commerce> Order System> Email>, and have the digital download link included there. Commerce> Digital Download> Configure> Include URLs on Customer Receipt.

Additional Customizations can also be made directly to the template that is used for the email.

Thank you for your help, I have found it and changedi the way I wanted.

Please , I have an other question: How can i set up a folder where only those users can have access, who are logged in...
And is there a way to log in independently from the shopping basket?

You could ask your hosting provider about setting up a password protected directory on your account.

I know how to set up a password protected directory, but I was wandering, if I can use the Shopsite login, so I dont need to give the users one more type of access...
( Actually this is how it works now, but I would like to simplify it to the users, having only one login)

You could have your host set the login credentials to the same credentials that you use for ShopSite? However, logging into ShopSite itself will not give access to a custom password protected file on your server.

Not quite...
The users log in to buy an article, then it gets downloaded automaticly.
Then, I give them access to a password protected folder, where they can access documents.

But I would like to offer a folder to the users, who log in with the Shopsite logins, freely opening documents in a specific folder.

To clarify, you are looking to have your customers login with their ShopSite Customer Registration password credentials to a secure file on your server? The customer registration feature does not currently support this type of functionality.

I was hoping, that the login is linked to a folder, and I could create a subfolder on it to provide the files for my customers.
