Back Office Graphics Issue

Did I miss something?

I cant get the back office to look like the examples in the help files. They show a back office with tabs and bright colors and icons. Mine is just the 9 slate colored bars.

Some of the screenshot/examples in the help may be from old versions. Current versions do not use icons on the backoffice navigation bar.
