Hi,
We are in the process of changing CC processors from Auth.net AIM to PayPal Payment Pro.
When we made the change in SS (12sp2) to test things, the State/Province field in the Billing Address section in the ShopSite cart is gone.
If I switch back to Auth.net, it is back again.
When SS is configured to use PayPal Payments Pro, the State/Province field is present for the Shipping address. However if I click "check here if billing and shipping are the same", it copies everything over, but leaves the State field blank since it is not present in the Billing address. This is a bit confusing to customers I suspect.
Why is this happening?
