I just had to say this out loud for all the world to hear: Lexiconn hosts our website, which obviously integrates ShopSite and they are absolutely the very best at customer support.

Maybe they don't want me to say this because they are already busy enough, but if you were ever considering changing web hosting companies, choose Lexiconn - ESPECIALLY if you require a bit of technical hand-holding. They respond to my cries for help immediately, and have yet to fail at helping me resolve any issue.

They may cost somewhat more, but the extra is definitely worth it. I have used over a dozen hosting companies and Lexiconn's support far exceeds any I have experienced.

Just wanted to chime in and add my praise for Lexiconn as well. Every time I need help they are fast, friendly, and able. Even when my question may not be simple they go out of their way to do everything they can to help. I could not speak more highly of them; they are the "best in the business"!

I agree wit hall the above, Lexiconn is awesome to work with. We have been dealing with them for 7 years now and they always pick up the phone, very helpful and always go above and beyond the call of duty. I have never had a problem with with their support and their people.
