Send a coupon email text

Orders >> Manage An Order

there is a "Send a coupon" button.

I cannot find where I can edit the text of that sent email.

Specifically I think it would be better to say, in the subject line

"Appreciation Coupon from Gourmet Delights"

(i.e. the store name; also using "from" rather than for). No one remembers their order number, or puts it into context when seeing an email subject line.

And at the end, the grammar needs some polishing.
"Uses this link" should be "Use this link" or better still "Click this link" as a call to action directs people to actually click.

You can modify this text in Orders -> Configure Orders in the 'Coupon Email' section.
