We updated to 12sp2 Manager a few months ago. Everything seemed OK.
I am now trying to create a new product, and something is not working correctly.
1) I copied an existing product, and then tried to remove the Quickbooks link from the new product. The changes are not saved and I am unable to remote the link/mapping. Any changes made to the shipped options are also not saved.
2) We use "Base Shipping" for shipping calculation. When I go to create a new product, the fields to enter the specific shipping values for the product are not displayed. I then save the product, go back to edit it, the shipping fields are then shown. However when I enter values, and save them, the changes are not saved so I cannot create a new product.
3) Also, If I try to edit an existing product, I cannot save any changes to the shipping charges.
Please let me know what I am supposed to do or if you need more info from me.
