UPS Error Message!!

I'm getting the following message in our shopping cart:

UPS Message: UPS Shipping information is currently unavailable. Please
try again in a few minutes.

Is anyone else experiencing this? It's been happening on and off for 2
days (at least) and we're losing orders because of it. Don't have a clue
what's going on!

One workaround if the UPS server is unavailable is to also configure a
ShopSite shipping option (e.g. ship by weight) in addition to the UPS one.
Then if the UPS options cannot be displayed at least your ShopSite option
(such as USPS, or a generic 'Ground' will show up.)
