Lost Menus from Mobile Site

So my hosting site sucks.. Since they did the last upgrade to Shopsite Pro I have lost my mobile site. My menus that show my products are missing.. They are saying Shopsite has never been mobile compatible which I know is false because it worked before.. Can anyone from SHOPSITE help because IPAGE does not know what the hell they are doing.. Worst support I have ever dealt with..

Hopefully IPage can get this fixed for you. Currently it is showing an Error page for the mobile pages, add to cart, and view cart. It's definitely an issue that IPage created on the upgrade. Might be a permission issue on their end.
