Missing or corrupt auth file

Hello,

Recently I was making some changes to the site. I must have made a mistake with Dreamweaver sync because after downloading and uploading some files I can no longer get into the store. Here is the error page.

Error verifying /home/adironda/public_html/cgi-bin/ss/floormaster.auth
This store may not be authorized to run ShopSite software. Please contact the merchant or webmaster.

Solutions:


1) If the file has been modified or corrupted copy the original store.auth file from the install directory to floormaster.auth in the store data directory.
2) If solution 1 does not work, contact the vendor that sold you ShopSite software to get a valid auth file.

Where is you store hosted?

If your host is a ShopSite partner then they should be able to assist you in getting things fixed up. If they are not a partner you should contact ShopSite directly for assistance. Here is a link to where you can purchase support directly from ShopSite http://www.shopsite.com/support_pricing.html. Probably the Individual Incident item is what you will need.
