Change button colors on Compact Theme

I'm using the Compact Theme. I have a custom website, so I'm only using the buy now shopping cart links. But I need to change are the colors of the buttons on the shopping cart page, registration page, and account management page to match the color scheme of my logo. Is there any easy way to change the button colors for the Compact Theme?

The main color of the buttons in the cart for the Compact theme is the Active Link Color, and the hover color is Color 4 (Preferences > Layout Settings).
