Company Logo Issue

I'm having trouble getting the company logo and header and footer images to show up.
I'm using shopsite manager v11.2, theme line sections.
I'm wondering if this theme does not have allow images.
If not, how can I remedy it?

How do you have things configured?

I tried assigning all 5 possible images, Logo, Header Image, Payment Logo, image 1 and image 2 and they all displayed on my page.

I was using ShopSite 11 sp2 r5. What exact version were you using, You can find the version by clicking on the ShopSite icon in the upper left of any back office screen and then look in the footer. It should be something like ShopSite® Pro 11 sp2 r5, StoreID: mystore.

Is the company logo showing up on some pages but not on others? In some themes, if you choose not to display the header on a page or product page, then none of the header elements, including the logo, are displayed. If this is the case, you will want to make sure under Pages > Edit Page Layout, and under Preferences > More Info Pages, that you have the checkbox checked to display the header.
