How to access partners ftp directory?

I am trying to get the patches for v6.1.1 and i cannot find info on logging
onto support.shopsite.com.

if i log in as anonymous, I only see a 'pub' directory. if I attempt to use
my store login, then i cannot access at all.

Anybody know?

There is no anonymous access to the ShopSite program or patches, the login
information is available to ShopSite partners. Contact your ShopSite
reseller/hosting provider and ask them to get the patch and apply it for you
(or upgrade your ShopSite, whichever).
