Using UPS Shipping

Hi,

Have a client that wants to use UPS shipping. How do they go about getting the customer information into UPS? We're set on SS side, but that does not send the order/ship information direct to UPS. Is there an easy export/import process? Will be low volume to start but seems rather low tech to have to copy and paste data.

Mike,

If your client is using ShopSite Manager or Pro, then they do have the capability to download their order database (all of it or just the orders they wish) in a tab-delimited format. So, if UPS allows information to be imported, then they might be able to do that.
