Is there an optimum image size that works best with ShopSite

Is there an optimum image size that works best with ShopSite? I know our past two Web stores had one; Magento's was 400x400.

Different themes have different image size requirements but 400x400 would work for most themes.
The images can be resized by ShopSite to standard sizes to be used in various places in the product such as more information pages, search results, shopping cart screens etc. The 3 default resize setting are 350x350, 175x175, 80x80 plus the original image size that you upload.
