How to Turn Off Discount?

Postby Larry Bohen » Fri Apr 25, 2003 5:05 am

We offer an additional discount of 5% on order $100 or more.

Is there a way to turn this discount off on individual products?

Thanks

Well, couldn't you apply the discount to all products EXCEPT the ones
you want to exclude. I believe I tried this once. It was tedious but
doable.

On that line....enhancement idea: The ability to exclude products from a
discount rather than just apply to certain items.

Chris,

You are thinking the Coupon feature, I believe Larry is using the discount
feature found in Merchandising -> Discount Schedule. This total-cart-value
discount schedule will apply to the entire cart contents, regardless of what
products are in the cart or what shopper is shopping (i.e. no coupon
required to receive this discount).
