Need give you the option of using the alternate code instead of the record number when using coupon codes. This was how it was done before V11. Not sure why this changed but this is causing us an issue now and will be looking at other software to handle our online needs.

If you have ShopSite 12 the alternate code was move from near the bottom of the screen to near the top of the screen and renamed "Coupon Promo Code".
This was done because we had many complaints about not knowing what the "alternate code" meant and "Coupon Promo Code" is a more common term that people would be familiar with. Many merchants tried to use the coupon name for the promo code so putting the field just under the name makes it easier to configure.
