No Phone on PayPal Orders

ShopSite® Pro 11 sp2 r5.1
PayPal Payments Pro and Express Checkout Settings
API Digital Signature Authentication

Orders within ShopSite do not display phone number.
My clients says the phone also is not in the PayPal merchant account.

Guessing we are missing a setting to pass it through?

Mike,

In your PayPal account, you can enable this under:
Profile -> Website Payment Preferences
“Contact Telephone Number” -> On (Required Field)

If your PayPal account has the new page format, you would go to:
Profile -> My Selling Tools -> Website Preferences

Now the billing phone number will appear on orders paid through PayPal.

PayPal recommends that the 'Contact Telephone Number' option be turned off.

Although it is occasionally necessary to contact a customer, I wonder if requiring a phone number negatively affects the placement of orders.
