Greetings,
I'm trying to incorporate a phone tracking system to my cart and was wondering where to place the code snippet. Is it necessary for the tracking snippet to be placed in all four of the head tags or just the first one?

I am not sure what you mean with a "phone tracking system", can you give more information?
If you are integrating code from a third party company, they should be able to tell you if you need it on all pages of the cart. If it is tracking more of the final sales, it is likely it just needs to be on the last screen. If it is tracking more of the customer behavior, cart abandonment, etc, then it likely needs to be on all screens. The provider of the code should be able to tell you where it goes.
