Agree to "Terms and Conditions" button/check box?

Hi, I'm wondering if there's any way on ShopSite to add a check box or button to have customers click "agree" to "Terms and Conditions" before being able to purchase/check out? (And link to those Terms and Conditions, of course). I have the Pro version of the shopping cart, but can't seem to find this kind of option anywhere?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Commerce Setup > Order System > Checkout > Custom Checkout Fields near the bottom of the screen.
