I am very eager to get the version 12 upgrade, but there seems to be some hitches.
In November I was told by MOJO (used to be Simplescripts, and runs the scripts for Hostmonster) that it would be a few weeks. When I followed up a few weeks after that I was told by Mojo that there were some unforeseen problems. I followed up again today and received this reply from Mojo (excerpted):
We had been working on the Shopsite update to version 12 when we ran into some unforeseen issues that prevented us from being able to offer it through MOJO Marketplace. Once the creators of Shopsite can work with us to fix this issue, then it will be available. Unfortunately we don't have an estimated timeline for that from them yet.
For the time being it looks like any installation or upgrade to version 12 will need to be done manually. I apologize for the inconvenience. I wish there was more I could do.
Are you working with them? Has anyone made contact? I really would like to get the ball rolling. I'm not keen on installing my own because I'm afraid of breaking something. Any thoughts?

We are not aware of any problems preventing MOJO from upgrading to v12. As the tech indicated it can manually be upgraded. Our account manager is going to contact them and see if there is an issue that is preventing their scripts from doing the upgrade.

In a separate email, I was told this (excerpted): Unfortunately that's about all I know regarding the Shopsite update. We can't do anything on our end until they fix something on their end and we have no control over when they do this.
What is involved with my manually upgrading it? I believe a few months ago someone mentioned this option but there were still glitches/testing going on. Would it be 100% secure if I installed it myself? Maybe I'm just better off waiting?

Well, it looks like Hostmonster added Version 12. The thing is, it is showing up as a New Install, not as an upgrade. I guess I have to wait until they add an upgrade option.

Mojo now said they don't have the upgrade available, just the install for new users. I will need to install this manually. Can you please advise how I can proceed with this? Thanks.
