International billing address with US shipping address

I have a customer from England who would like to have an item shipped to someone in the US. The problem is that I'm only set up for US shipping. Is there a way to get around this for this particular order?

2 The person ordering wants to "have an item shipped to someone in the US".

So what is the problem?

They have to enter the billing address, which is in Europe. The only country offered in the drop down menu is the US. There is no way around this unless I change it on my end.

How do you know they want to order something? Have they emailed you asking if they can place an order? If you trust that it is a valid order you could send them an email and tell them that you will enable the country they are ordering from for a short period of time. They could then place the order during that time and you could then disable the country.
