Error Message

Hello I am having a problem generating my shopsite starter store i keep getting this error message
Could not create directory /home/users/web/b2615/ipw.pegasusartisans/public_html/store/publish
Could not open /home/users/web/b2615/ipw.pegasusartisans/public_html/store/index.html, errno: No such file or directory
Any help or info to what or why is causing this problem would be greatly appreciated Thanks!

This is a file ownership/permissions issue that you can ask your host to fix for you, or you can try to fix it yourself via the File Manager in your hosting control panel by changing the permissions on the 'store' directory and all the files and subdirectories in it to 777.

Thanks. I also attempted to fix it via File Manager but it didn't work. Did you attempt this and did it work for you? Thanks.
