Native Lightbox support instead of popup windows

Postby elsparkodiablo » Sat Nov 16, 2013 11:09 am

Hi guys, it'd be nice to see support for Lightbox or other similar image zooming applications organic with the ShopSite software, especially since there is support for a huge number of more info page images now.

I agree. I create many ShopSite templates and it would be nice to see those features built in.

That said, if you do want those features added, they can be added with a custom template, using the ShopSite image fields. Let me know if you are interested in learning more about that.

Sounds like it'd be a good tip for the cookbook or whatever. By all means please post info on how to do this, lightbox is one of the features we currently have on our custom templates that I'd like to implement when we upgrade to v12

We have a simple tutorial about using lightbox and zoom features at:
http://support.lexiconn.com/news/viewtopic.php?p=463

as a starting point to integrating this into a custom template.

Right, I've seen your tutorial and even experimented with the code you've provided, but I was referring to to being able to use the more information image row tag.
