ShopSite page not rendering properly in browser

[ies2000ss]

Hello,

I am unable to get to the ShopSite Setup Wizard. The pages seem to not render in the browser correctly. I can select the language and currency but am unable to advance to the next screen. The page shows the links in the format listed below. When I click on the links they do not work.

I am using ShopSite Pro 11 sp1 r2
