Greetings,
I am using ShopSite® Pro 10 r7.4
I have been happily using the html editor, especially on the More Info Pages for my store, but it has disappeared and been replaced with the error message: "Toolbar Set "Basic" doesn't exist". The html button is activated. My Hosting Service has suggested that the solution to this is an upgrade. This makes no sense. I have checked the url and it seem to be properly set. Any suggestions? Thanks.

I would also recommend that you upgrade your store to the latest version. ShopSite 10 is 4 or so years old, a lot has changed since it was release both in ShopSite and on the internet in general. Using an old version makes your site more vulnerable to hackers.
