Dear Shopsite,

I have constructed over 5 custom templates for shopsite 6 versions and am
glad to say they are all up and running. However, I have run into a problem
on one of the online store templates I built for a client and cannot figure
out why the template will not work correctly and was hoping you might be
able to view the page and offer any suggestions url is
http://www.thepaintballstore.com ).

This template was built over two months ago and was working correctly until
just recently now the store generates all it's information in the <td> down
the entire page which in turn makes the site links which are generally
listed on the left of a web page now on top of the actual products. I have
been to your shopsite knowledge database to look for a patch or update for
this particular error and have asked the client if they have put any new
java or such on their site which they answered no.

Please keep in mind I have already constructed many shopsite templates with
css and javascripts and this is the only one that has ever not been able to
generate correctly. I have sent up my other templates ,which are already in
use for other stores, on a dummie page created in the backoffice of
thepaintballstore.com and these as well did not generate for the store
backoffice correctly either. Is there a patch or a update or even an
awareness of this possible error?

Sincerly,

1) If you are using LOOP ITEMS (which includes page links and products) instead
of separate LOOP LINKS and LOOP PRODUCTS loops, repent.

2) If you are using the PAGE.Columns file in your LOOP LINKS, but what you
really want is to have it hardcoded to 1 column of links, then fix your LOOP
LINKS statement. Basically it looks like the merchant may have wanted their
products to be in 3 columns, so they set that in the page record and that is
reflected in the LOOP PRODUCTS loop, however the template ALSO used the column
variable for the LOOP LINKS, which is why the links are all three-abreast as
well. Or, like I mentioned in #1, the products and page link loops have not
been separated as such.

3) This is a user forum, and while some employees from ShopSite post here as
well, you should really be contacting your technical support contact at your
ShopSite reseller if you want someone to be specifically responsible for your
issue.
