Email issue

Today I'm receiving payment notification emails, but not the email from Shopsite telling me I have an order. Who's end would this issue be on? Thanks!

ShopSite just passes the email to the sendmail application that is on a Linux/Freebsd/Solaris system or to the smtp server on a Windows server after that ShopSite has no control over the email. It it has been working and then stopped then the issue would be with the sendmail or smpt server since the settings in ShopSite don't change themselves. Check with your host and have them look at server logs to see if the emails are being sent.

Another possibility would be that some spam filter has been activated that is stopping the emails at some location so they aren't getting into your mail box. So check any spam folders you might have for your email client and make sure they aren't going there.
