Wordpress plugin

Hi,

Testing the Wordpress plugin for a client and I don't see the product on a page or post after adding it.

Using Wordpress 3.6, tried the Twenty Thirteen and Twenty Twelve theme
Shopsite is the only active plugin.

Shortcode looks like:
[product id=2a0506c0-2dbc-11e2-b3d8-0030489897f1 sku=PBD01]Delectable Dozen[/product]

I also tried:
[product sku=PBD01]Delectable Dozen[/product]

Where is the Wordpress site hosted? I don't believe the plugin will work on Wordpress's own site, but it does work on Wordpress install on other servers.

Can you provide a link to the site where the product should be displaying so we can get a better look at what is happening?

I set up a subdomain on my hosting to install Wordpress and test this. Here's a link to the post with the Shopsite shortcode:

Did you test the connection to your ShopSite store after adding the configuration setting from ShopSite to WP to make sure that it could communicate between WP and SS?

Did you publish the post in Wordpress?
Does it display if you "preview" the post in Wordpress?
What version of ShopSite are you using?

I just tried a test from my test wordpress site to my test store and it displays fine. stavast dot us (replace spaces and dot with appropriate character) The product has a picture of a sunset. So I know the Wordpress app for ShopSite is working ok and it must be something on your server or in your configuration.

Yes - I see the "Connection test successful" message in the settings panel.

Did you publish the post in Wordpress? = Yes
Does it display if you "preview" the post in Wordpress? = No product displayed in preview mode
What version of ShopSite are you using? = Pro 11 sp2 r4.2
What version of Wordpress are you using? = 3.6

Checked the server log - there are no errors being recorded. Also turned on WP debug mode - no errors there either.

What template is selected on Merchandising > Social Media > Wordpress at the bottom of the screen.

Have you added additional styles to the text field in the WP post edit field?

I tried several different themes, 2011, 2012, 2013 (spelled out) and they all work.

I wasn't using WP 3.6 so I upgraded to that version and it is still working. I did notice that on my WP site in Firefox the image displays properly but in Chrome it displays as just a slice of the image about 10 px wide, but even in Chrome it displays price, add to cart, description etc. When I go to your site I don't see anything between the This is before.. and This is after...

Try removing all text and other formatting from your post and see if that makes a difference.

Hi Jim,

em_BasicLayout is the template. We're using the vanilla Wordpress themes. Looks like my customer is doing things with the products while I'm trying to test this, so I'll follow up again later if I need to.
