Not Receiving All Email Notices

Since yesterday, I have not received a couple of the sale notices that Shopsite sends - although they appear on my dashboard. Also, I haven't been getting PayPal email since yesterday. Not sure if these two are related. I have notified PayPal. Thanks.

You should check your spam filter for your email client. It may be marking them as spam and putting them in some folder. Also check with the company that runs your email address to see if they have a problem. ShopSite itself does not send (or receive) emails, it passes the emails to either a sendmail program on the server where your store is hosted or perhaps to a smtp host which does the actual sending of the email.
