Orders from Mobile device ID wanted

Post by MServitus »

When I place an order in shopsite using my mobile phone, the version of the order shown in shopsite's
Orders-List-show order display has the line " Source: Mobile" right below the line " Shopsite Transaction ID:"

I want a way to identify "mobile" orders after I have them downloaded. It doesn't seem that field (Source:) is available for download.

Am I missing something.???

Thanks.

It's in the download in my store. Do you have ShopSite 11 sp2? Are you sure you are downloading all fields in the 11.2 format? If so, look for a column named 'Order Medium'. If it was an order placed via the mobile view of the cart, then the order should have the text 'Mobile' in this column.

Thanks for answering the question. That's the reason I keep paying for shopsite..

We will rebuilt our import routine to handle it. Would you happen to have a list of the new field names added from 11.1 to 11.2 ??

I don't know if there is a list of the differences or not but it wouldn't be too hard to get the info. When downloading the files in tab delimited format you can select which version format to download. If you select 11.2 and download all fields for that version will be downloaded. If you select 11.1 and download just the fields available in that version will be included. You just need to select the the first row of the 11.1 file and paste it into a the second row of a spreadsheet that contains the 11.2 format. Then just go across the page and see which fields differ. There probably won't be to many of them.
