Logo and Footer not displaying on More Info page

Another issue with the same site....logo and footer are not displaying on More info page;

Please advise.

This may be the default behavior of that theme, see my other post about where you can find out about how the theme functions.
Also make sure you have the settings on Preferences > More Info Pages checked to display the header and footer.
