order download to QuickBooks

I am having problems downloading orders into QuickBooks. The ShopSite file
overwrites all data in QuickBooks. For instance, I will have an item with
a SKU of MA00043. When I download an order for MA00043, the ShopSite file
will erase my Cost of Goods Sold account and my Assett Account information.
Any ideas why this is happening?

I'm running ShopSite 6.? Pro, QuickBooks 2002 Pro, and Windows 2000
Professional.
